This philosophy fuels the very essence of Bee Relentless Boxing—a commitment to making a tangible difference in our community.
With a strong emphasis on consistency, Stephen is here to deliver an experience that goes beyond the ring. Drawing on a decade of experience in the boxing world, including three years as an amateur fighter, he brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to every aspect of our hive, whether he's guiding you through a workout or shaping the vision of Bee Relentless!

Sam is the powerhouse behind our brand buzz! As the Marketing Director at Bee Relentless Boxing, Sam blends her passion for fitness and marketing to bring the hive alive. But that's not all – Sam wears multiple hats!
When she isn't behind the scenes shooting content —she's lacing up her gloves as one of the trainers at Bee Relentless. Her infectious energy and commitment to empowering women through the art of boxing and strength training make her classes a knockout experience.
Whether Sam is creating a marketing strategy or coaching a lifting session, she embodies the spirit of working hard, and playing harder!

If you’ve ever called Bee Relentless, chances are you’ve spoken to Eric! As our Client Success Coordinator, he’s the friendly voice on the other end of the line, ready to help with anything you need. Known for his kind-hearted spirit and unwavering support, Eric makes sure every member feels welcome and taken care of. When he’s not helping our community crush their fitness goals, he enjoys quality time with his partner Emma Jane and pup Cashew aka Miss Cheese, who’s just as lovable as he is!

Coach Katie is our energetic guide to wellness! While she may be a fresh face in the fitness coaching scene, her journey into wellness has deep roots.
A decade ago, Coach Katie and her family founded a Public Charity dedicated to Mental Health, sparking her realization of the profound impact of mental and physical wellness on our lives. As a mother, wife, friend, and coach, Katie has come to understand that mental and physical well-being are the cornerstones of a fulfilling life. She thrives on vibrant energy, sweat pouring, and music pumping!

Originally from Buffalo, Coach Kristina has called Rochester home for the past 10 years. A former field hockey player at Nazareth College, she combines her passion for fitness and education in everything she does. When she’s not teaching kindergarten, she’s in the gym, leading high-energy fitness classes.
With seven years of experience in the Rochester area, Coach Kristina has taught a wide range of fitness classes, including kickboxing, boxing, spin, TRX, yoga, pilates, strength, and HIIT. Known for her upbeat energy, positivity, and motivating atmosphere, her classes are designed to help members feel great, move their bodies, and get a solid sweat in!

Coach Jackie O'Grady has been passionate about sports her entire life, but martial arts have always held a special place in her heart. With over eight years of boxing experience and five years of coaching under her belt, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to every class!
Coach Jackie holds a second-degree black belt in Chun Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do, having trained in the discipline for seven years. She also spent four years competing in mixed martial arts, specializing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, and traditional boxing.At Bee Relentless Boxing, Jackie teaches both traditional boxing and cardio-style boxing and kickboxing, with a strong passion for traditional boxing.
Outside of the gym, she is pursuing a career as a physical therapist assistant and enjoys painting portraits with oil and acrylic.

Harrison is our four-legged, furry mascot, who is the heart and soul of our gym. As the esteemed “Chief Wooficer”, Harrison takes his role very seriously.
With a tail that wags faster than a high-intensity workout, Harrison brings boundless energy and a contagious enthusiasm to our members.
Harrison has been known to party it up in the gym with impromptu tennis ball chases around the ring. Don't be surprised if you catch him mid-sprint, showcasing his agility and commitment to a well-rounded fitness regimen.
